Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective.

Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
